待確認

confirm-checkout 僅有 plateNo 與 paymentMethod，沒有再次傳入卡片 BIN。
需要判定是否為玉山聯名卡的悠遊卡功能。

決策方向

保留折抵時的 appliedBankCode=808；若後續 paymentMethod=EASYCARD，
即視為同一張玉山聯名卡的悠遊卡支付，追加 5% 現金立減一次。
