待確認

每 100 點折 6 元，但帳單金額不一定為 6 的倍數。需要避免多扣點數，
同時允許點數足以歸零時将剩餘金額折至 0 元。

決策方向

  • 以 1 點 = 0.06 元比例計算。
  • 折扣金額採整數向下。
  • 可歸零時使用 ceil(總金額 × 100 / 6) 點。
  • 不足時只扣實際產生折扣的點數。
