目標¶
依據 docs/parking_aps_specification.md 實作可執行的停車 APS 後端。
範圍¶
- Express.js + TypeScript。
- 預設帳單 ABC-1234：4 小時、每小時 40 元、總額 160 元。
- 五家銀行：富邦、國泰世華、台新、中國信託、玉山。
- 雙網關：折抵網關、金流支付網關。
- 四個 API：查帳、折抵、付款確認、重置。
- In-memory 狀態可重複重置。
驗收¶
- 五家銀行規則與降級邏輯均有測試。
- 付款成功回傳 gateRelease 與 15 分鐘緩衝。
- 重置後回到 160 元未繳費狀態。
