現象

文件只描述既有查詢 API，沒有 health、ID 格式、404/413/415 與測試章節。

影響

使用者無法從文件得知新增契約與驗證方式，文件與程式產生漂移。

處置

  • 同步 README 與 docs/jcic-mock-server.md。
  • 補上測試涵蓋範圍與指令。

驗證

  • 文件內容與 21 個測試及實際路由一致。
