Description

目的

讓測試端與維運端能確認 JCIC Mock Server 是否已啟動，避免只能由查詢 API 推測。

變更

  • GET /health 固定回傳 JSON，不受 Accept 影響。
  • 回傳 status、service、version、uptime_seconds 與 supported_products。

驗證

  • 單元／整合測試涵蓋健康檢查。
  • README 與 docs/jcic-mock-server.md 已同步。
