標題更正（#A-351）：原標題「完全未實作」已與事實不符——#A-341 以真機實測三端點（check-results／reversals／advices）皆回業務碼（CC-AUTH-4040／CC-AUTH-3001），非路由 404。文件已更正為 v1.1（檔名保留原名以存歷史，內文歷史敘述不動）。狀態維持 In Progress：advices 語意待裁定。證據：docs/08-evidence/N4_CR真機重證_20261019.md。
